公共数字文化服务供需失衡困境与破解之策——以湖北省宜昌市为例

The Dilemma of Imbalance between Supply and Demand of Public Digital Cultural Services and Its Countermeasures:Taking Yichang City as an Example

文章以宜昌市为例,通过网络调查法和实地访谈法,调研公共数字文化服务供给情况与居民对其的认知和使用情况,运用扎根理论构建供需困境的理论模型。研究发现,造成供需失衡困境的原因主要体现在个人认知的限制、文化需求的差异、外部条件压力、服务供给的缺失。建议从提高居民的信息化水平和能力,提升公共数字文化服务服务能力,创新信息推送途径及建设专业人才队伍等方面齐抓共进,以期为同等地区公共数字文化服务建设提供参考。

Taking Yichang City as an example,this paper investigates the supply of public digital cultural services and residents’ cognition and use of digital cultural services through network survey and field interview,and constructs a theoretical model of dilemma between supply and demand by grounded theory.It is found that the reasons for the imbalance of supply and demand are mainly reflected in the limitation of individual cognition,the difference of cultural demand,the pressure of external conditions and the lack of service supply.It is suggested that we should pay attention to improving residents’ informatization level and ability,enhancing public digital cultural service capability,innovating the way of information push and building professional talent team,so as to provide reference for the construction of public digital cultural service in the same area.
