“互联网+”视域下高校社团管理的观念转变与路径创新

The Transformation Concept and Path Innovation of College Community Construction under the Perspective of"Internet+"

“互联网+”时代的到来打破了传统的大学生社团管理模式,为大学生社团管理带来了新的发展空间。在“互联网+”时代,社团管理具有管理方式网络化、管理运行扁平化、管理平台共享开放化等特征。同时,社团管理面临着组织架构不合理、信息技术人才匮乏、品牌活动吸引力低、容易受到网络不良思想的侵蚀等问题。结合当前高校社团管理工作方面的成功经验,从思想引领、顶层设计、理念建设、活动统筹、平台建设等方面进行探究,实现高校社团建设的观念转变与路径创新。

The arrival of the"internet+"era has broken the traditional college student association management mode and brought new development space for college student association management.In the era of"internet+",community management has the characteristics of networked management mode,flat management operation and open management platform sharing.At the same time,association management is faced with unreasonable organizational structure,lack of information technology talents,low attraction of brand activities,easy to be eroded by bad network ideas and other problems.Based on the experience of Anhui university of finance and economics in community management,this paper puts forward the idea transformation and path innovation of university community construction from the aspects of thought leading,top-level design,concept construction,activity planning and platform construction.
