摘要
在碳纤维制造过程中,上浆工艺有助于改善其表面的非极性和活性基团少等固有缺点,对碳纤维与基体树脂之间的界面性能发挥出增强效果,对复合材料的整体力学性能也有所提高。以环氧树脂为主体成分的环氧上浆剂相关研究已十分成熟,特别是随着人们日益重视环境保护,其中水性环氧上浆剂的应用更为广泛。文中综述了物理法、相反转法和化学改性法制备得到的水性环氧上浆剂以及上浆碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料的界面结合情况。今后的研究方向将是设计并制备具备独特性能、与树脂相容性好、环境友好、适用于不同领域的碳纤维用水性环氧上浆剂。
In the process of carbon fiber manufacturing,the sizing process is helpful to improve the surface of the non-polar and less active groups and other inherent shortcomings,to enhance the interface properties between carbon fiber and matrix resin,and to improve the overall mechanical properties of composite materials.The epoxy sizing agent with epoxy resin as the main component has been very mature related research,especially with the increasing attention to environmental protection,water-based epoxy sizing agent is more widely used.In this paper,the physical,reverse transformation and chemical modification of waterborne epoxy sizing agents and sizing carbon fiber/epoxy resin composites were reviewed.The future research direction will be to design and prepare waterborne epoxy sizing agents for carbon fiber with unique properties,good compatibility with resins,environmental friendly and suitable for different fields.
