近10年资产评估专业硕士学位论文选题热点与趋势——基于CiteSpace的图谱量化分析

Research Hotspots and Trends of Master's Dissertations of Valuation-Based on the Quantitative Map Analysis of CiteSpace

为了揭示资产评估专业硕士学位论文选题热点及变化趋势,利用CiteSpace可视化文献分析软件,以中国知网学位论文数据库收录的资产评估专业硕士学位论文作为检索数据源,进行关键词共现分析、聚类分析、时间序列分析及突现分析。研究发现,由于资产评估学科的特殊性,学位论文选题始终以价值评估为中心,关键词之间关联密切,典型选题集中度非常高。同时,选题领域覆盖面较广,与资产评估行业发展契合度较好,也因高校的专业资源优势与特色呈现出一定的差别。

In order to reveal the hotspots and changing trends of the academic dissertations of Master of Valuation,CiteSpace visual literature analysis software was used to conduct keyword co-occurrence analysis,cluster analysis,time series analysis and emergent analysis with the academic dissertations of Master of Valuation included in the CNKI as the data source.It is concluded that the topic selection of the dissertation has always focused on the valuation based on the typical characteristics of the asset appraisal specialty.The key words are closely related,and the concentration degree of typical topic is very high.Meanwhile,the research field covers a wide area,and better matches up with the development of the asset appraisal industry.The dissertations'topics also showed some differences due to the advantages and characteristics of professional resources in universities.
