Characteristics and application of flexible rolling of piece shape and dimensions

介绍了轧件形状尺寸柔性轧制技术。在钢板柔性轧制方面,分别阐述了变厚度、变宽度和圆形等异形钢板的生产和应用,以及常规和带活套两种冷轧差厚板轧制方法的技术特点及应用;在型钢柔性轧制方法方面,分别给出了外部尺寸固定H型钢轧制方法、可变腹板深度的H型钢轧制方法及孔型系统图。最后,讨论了横向变厚度轧制及三维变厚度轧制的类型、特点及其轧制方法和应用实例。

The flexible rolling technology of piece shape and dimensions was introduced.In terms of flexible rolling of flat steel,the production and application of shaped plates such as variable thickness,variable width,round shape as well as TRB(Tailor Rolled Blank),using variable gauge rolling were described respectively.In terms of flexible rolling methods of section steel,the rolling method and diagram of roll pass design of H-beams with fixed external dimensions and variable web-depth H-beams were given respectively.Finally,the types and characteristics of transverse variable gauge rolling and three-dimensional variable gauge rolling,as well as their rolling methods and application examples were discussed.
