摘要
针对国内棒材高速上钢系统稳定性差的问题,对高速上钢系统的关键工艺参数进行了设计计算。依据高速上钢系统轧件运行时序图,对夹尾制动器、转辙器和转毂的动作规律,以及不同速度对应的最小倍尺优化剪切长度和尾钢优化剪切长度等进行了总结,建立了高速上钢系统的动力学模型,为高速上钢系统的自动化控制提供了理论依据。
In view of the problems of poor stability existing in domestic bar high speed delivery system,the key parameters of high speed delivery system were designed and calculated.According to the sequence diagram of therolled piece running in the high speed delivery system,the action rule of bar braking devices,deviator and rotating channel,minimum multiple-scale optimized shearing lengths and optimized shearing lengths of tail steel corresponding to different speeds were summarized.The dynamic model of high speed delivery system was established,which provided a theoretical basis for automatic control of high speed delivery system.
