内循环主体建设中的产业链与创新链研究——以东北地区为例

中国正处于“百年未有之大变局”,面对国内外发展环境的深刻复杂变化,东北地区内循环建设面临新的机遇和挑战。以宏观经济视角剖析东北内循环以及内循环主体具体内涵,分析东北内循环主体建设中的现状,聚焦内循环主体建设中的关键节点和重要突破口——产业链与创新链,研究产业链和创新链作为内循环主体建设的前后联动节点,为促进地区经济发展,做到“产业结构合理化,产业模式高级化,产业链条科学化,产业政策全面化,产业区域协调化”。从而实现产业链和创新链的全面合理布局,达到产业链与创新链为突破口的东北内循环主体建设。
