科技金融驱动创新能力提升的组态路径研究——基于中国内陆30个省域的FsQCA分析

Research on the Configuration Path of Promoting Innovation Ability Driven by Science and Technology Finance——Based on the FsQCA Analysis of 30 Inland Provinces in China

促进科技金融资源优化配置,提供高质量科技金融资源供给是实现区域创新驱动发展的战略抉择。运用模糊集定性比较分析方法(FsQCA),以中国内地30个省级行政区域为案例,探讨财政科技投入、企业自有资金、银行科技贷款、创业风险投资、科技资本市场和科技保险强度对区域创新能力提升的核心条件和组态路径。结果显示,(1)科技金融投入并不能通过单个条件变量提升区域创新能力,而是通过条件组态形式发挥作用;(2)科技金融投入促进区域创新能力提升的路径有4条,即政府主导驱动型、政企协同驱动型、银企协同驱动型和政企银协同驱动型;(3)财政科技投入、企业自有资金和银行科技贷款在助力区域创新能力提升路径中较为普遍地发挥核心条件作用。

Promoting the optimal allocation of Sci-tech financial resources and providing high-quality Sci-tech financial resources is a strategic choice to achieve the innovation-driven development strategy.Using the qualitative comparative analysis method of fuzzy sets, taking 30 provinces in China's Mainland as cases, this paper discusses the configuration effects and path evolution characteristics of the financial technology input, Enterprise's own funds, venture capital, bank loans, science and technology capital market financing, science and technology insurance on regional innovation capacity enhancement.The results show that the sci-tech financial investment does not achieve the effect of improving regional innovation capability through a single variable, but plays a role in the form of condition grouping;There are four types of configuration paths for science and technology finance investment to promote regional innovation capability, namely, government-led driven, government-enterprise collaborative driven, bank-enterprise collaborative driven and government-enterprise bank-bank collaborative driven.Financial technology input, Enterprise's own funds, bank loans play a role as general core conditions in promoting regional innovation capacity.
