摘要 以氧化铝陶瓷管为基膜,通过原位水热法制备二硫化钼(MoS_(2))管式陶瓷膜,研究了不同酸碱条件下膜的结构和纳滤分离及其稳定性变化规律。结果表明,经pH为1~11的水溶液浸渍12h后,MoS_(2)管式陶瓷膜的形貌和结构变化不明显,对伊文思蓝(EB)水溶液的渗透通量为231.25L/(m^(2)·h·MPa),截留率在96%以上,对EB的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液中也显示良好的纳滤分离性能;以pH为13的强碱溶液浸渍后,其分离性能略有降低。使用胶带剥离MoS_(2)管式陶瓷膜50次后,扫描电镜和纳滤分离性能表明,其分离层与陶瓷基体间具有较好的结合力,证明原位水热法制备的MoS_(2)管式陶瓷膜具有优异的稳定性。 The molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2))tubular ceramic membrane was prepared by in-situ hydrothermal method on the tubular alumina ceramic substrate membrane.The structure,nanofiltration(NF)performance and stability of the membrane under different acid and alkaline conditions was investigated.The results indicated that after 12h impregnation in aqueous solution of pH 1~11,the morphology and structure of the MoS_(2) tubular ceramic membrane showed little change.The NF separation of Evans blue aqueous solution displayed permeation flux of 231.25L/(m^(2)·h·MPa)and rejection rate more than 96%.The membrane also showed good NF performance for EB in N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)solution.The separation performance was slightly reduced after impregnation in a strong alkali solution of pH 13.In addition,after peeling off the MoS_(2) tubular ceramic membrane with tape for 50 times,SEM and NF performance revealed it had good bonding between the separation layer and the ceramic substrate,proving that the MoS_(2) tubular ceramic membrane prepared by in-situ hydrothermal method had excellent stability.
