不同青贮添加剂的全株玉米青贮对肉羊生长性能、养分表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:5

Effect of whole-plant maize silage with different silage additives on growth performance, apparent nutrient digestibility and serum biochemical indexes of mutton sheep

摘要 试验旨在研究不同处理的全株玉米青贮对肉羊生长性能、养分表观消化、血清生化指标的影响。选择100只湖羊随机分成4组,每组5个重复,每个重复5只羊。对照组湖羊饲喂无添加剂的全株玉米青贮,试验组湖羊分别饲喂经有机酸(有机酸组)、益生菌(益生菌组)、菌酶制剂(菌酶组)处理的全株玉米青贮。预试期7 d,正式试验期90 d。结果表明,各试验组肉羊的末重、平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05),菌酶组肉羊的末重显著高于有机酸组及益生菌组(P<0.05)。各试验组肉羊的粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);菌酶组肉羊的粗蛋白消化率显著高于益生菌组(P<0.05),酸性洗涤纤维消化率显著高于有机酸组和益生菌组(P<0.05)。各试验组肉羊瘤胃的氨态氮含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),菌酶组肉羊瘤胃的乙酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),益生菌组和菌酶组瘤胃丙酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,有机酸组、益生菌组、菌酶组肉羊血清总蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05);菌酶组肉羊血清尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05),葡萄糖含量显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,全株玉米经过青贮添加剂处理后饲喂肉羊,可以提高生长性能,促进营养物质的消化吸收,改善瘤胃发酵功能及机体健康,且以菌酶组的试验效果较好。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different treatments of whole corn silage on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestion and serum biochemical indices of mutton sheep.A total of 100 Hu sheep were randomly divided into four groups with five replicates per group and five sheep per replicate.Hu sheep in control group were fed whole corn silage without additives,and Hu sheep in experimental groups were fed whole corn silage treated with organic acid(organic acid group),probiotics(probiotics group)and bacterial enzyme preparation(bacterial enzyme group),respectively.The pre-test lasted for 7 d and the formal test lasted for 90 d.The results showed that the final weight and average daily gain of meat sheep in experimental groups were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),the feed to gain ratio was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the final weight of meat sheep in bacterial enzyme group was significantly higher than that in organic acid group and probiotic group(P<0.05).The digestibility of crude protein,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber of meat sheep in experimental groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The crude protein digestibility of meat sheep in bacterial enzyme group was significantly higher than that in probiotic group(P<0.05),and the acid detergent fiber digestibility was significantly higher than that in organic acid group and probiotic group(P<0.05).Rumen ammonia nitrogen content of meat sheep in experimental groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),rumen acetic acid content of meat sheep in bacteriase group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),rumen propionate content of probiotic and bacteriase groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the serum total protein content of meat sheep in organic acid groups,probiotics groups and bacterial enzyme groups was significantly increased(P<0.05).Serum urea nitrogen content was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and glucose content was significantly increased in bacteriase group(P<0.05).The study indicates that whole corn treated with silage additives could improve the growth performance of mutton sheep,promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients,improve rumen fermentation and body health to a certain extent,and the experimental effect of the bacteria enzyme group was better.
