发酵中药和外源酶对育肥猪生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:2

Effect of fermented Chinese medicine and exogenous enzymes on growth performance,slaughter performance,immune and antioxidant capacity of finishing pigs

摘要 试验旨在研究发酵中药和外源酶对育肥猪的生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫功能和抗氧化能力的影响。选取60头育肥猪,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头育肥猪。对照组为基础日粮,试验1组、试验2组、试验3组分别在基础日粮中添加1%未发酵中药组方、1%发酵中药组方、1%发酵中药组方+0.5 g/kg蛋白酶+0.5 g/kg脂肪酶。预试期5 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验2组和试验3组育肥猪的平均日增重(ADG)显著增加(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著下降(P<0.05);各试验组育肥猪的胴体重均显著提高(P<0.05),背膘厚度均显著降低(P<0.05)。试验2组和试验3组育肥猪血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著高于试验1组和对照组(P<0.05),试验3组育肥猪血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05);试验2组、试验3组育肥猪血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于对照组和试验1组(P<0.05),各试验组丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下降(P<0.05)。研究表明,发酵中药组方与外源酶联合使用对提高育肥猪的生长性能、屠宰性能、抗氧化能力、免疫功能的作用效果较好。 The experiment was to study the effect of fermented herbal and exogenous enzymes on growth performance,slaughter performance,immune function and antioxidant capacity of finishing pigs.Sixty three-way crossbred finishing pigs were randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates in each group and five pigs in each replicate.The control group was basal diet,and group 1,group 2 and group 3 were basal diet supplemented with 1%unfermented Chinese medicine,1%fermented Chinese medicine formula,1%fermented Chinese medicine+0.5 g/kg protease+0.5 g/kg lipase,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 5 d and the formal test lasted for 60 d.The results showed that compared with control group,ADG of pigs in group 2 and group 3 was significantly increased(P<0.05),F/G was significantly decreased(P<0.05),carcass weight of pigs in test groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),backfat thickness was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The content of IgA and IgM in group 2 and group 3 were significantly higher than those in group 1and control group(P<0.05),the content of IgG in group 3 was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The activity of CAT,GSH-Px,SOD and T-AOC in group 2 and group 3 were significantly increased than those in control group and group 1(P<0.05),while the content of MDA in test groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the combination of fermented Chinese herbal and exogenous enzymes has good effect on improving growth performance,slaughter performance,antioxidant capacity and immune function of finishing pigs.
