摘要
试验旨在探讨营养小肽对异育银鲫生长性能、血清生化和抗氧化性能的影响。选取平均体重为50 g/尾的异育银鲫,随机分为2组,对照组异育银鲫投喂基础饵料,试验组在基础饵料中添加2.0%营养小肽,放养量为400尾/667 m2,试验组和对照组池塘面积分别为52360、51362 m2。试验期128 d。结果显示,试验组异育银鲫的体重和体长均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);血清总蛋白、白蛋白含量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),葡萄糖含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);血清超氧化物歧化酶活性、总抗氧化能力、丙二醛含量均高于对照组。研究表明,饵料中添加2%营养小肽能够提高异育银鲫的生长性能,改善机体健康水平。
The experiment was to investigate the effect of nutrient peptide on growth performance,serum biochemistry and antioxidant properties of Carassius auratus gibelio.Carassius auratus gibelio with an average body weight of 50 g/tail were randomly divided into two groups,Carassius auratus gibelio in control group were fed with basal diet,Carassius auratus gibelio in experimental group were fed with basal diet supplemented with 2.0%nutrient small peptide,with a feeding volume of 400 Carassius auratus gibelio/667 m~2.The pond area of the experimental group and control group was 52360 and 51362 m~2,respectively.The experiment lasted for 128 d.The results showed that the body weight and body length of Carassius auratus gibelio in experimental group were extremely higher than those of control group(P<0.01).serum total protein and albumin content was extremely higher than that of control group(P<0.01),and glucose content was extremely lower than that of control group(P<0.01),serum superoxide dismutase activity,total antioxidant capacity and malondialdehyde content were higher than that of control group.The experiment indicates that adding 2%nutritional peptide to diet can improve growth performance and health level of Carassius auratus gibelio.
