Construction of intelligent environmental protection system based on enterprise supervision--Taking Xianyang high-tech zone as an example

随着企业数量不断地增加,环境管理单位人员数量有限,导致了在采用传统的监管手段进行企业环境监管工作时,每个环境管理单位人员肩负着更繁重的工作及更大的压力。文章以咸阳高新区环保数字化工作为例,通过运用大数据、移动互联、云计算等技术手段,以信息化培育新动能,以数据汇聚、业务流程优化和分级管理应用为重点,上线陕西省首个生态环境智慧码,推动全区业务协同应用场景建设,为环境污染防治分析决策提供支撑。

With the continuous increase in the number of enterprises and the limited number of personnel in environmental management units,each environmental management unit personnel is burdened with heavier work and greater pressure when using traditional regulatory methods for enterprise environmental supervision.The paper takes the environmental protection digital chemical industry of Xianyang high-tech zone as an example.By utilizing technologies such as big data,mobile internet,and cloud computing,new momentum is cultivated through informatization,with a focus on data aggregation,business process optimization,and hierarchical management applications.The first ecological environment intelligence code in Shaanxi Province is launched,promoting the construction of collaborative business application scenarios throughout the region and providing support for environmental pollution prevention and control analysis and decision-making.
