一种盘卷轨道运输防撞的控制系统及方法

摘要 高线PF链在实际的运行过程中,由于相关机械组件的劣化或者磨损、整个运输通道长、各种检测信号及检测板多、不同区段的机械组件磨损或者劣化程度不一样等原因,导致相关的信号匹配以及信号衔接出现提前或者滞后,出现承载盘卷的钩子出现撞钩的情况,进而会导致盘卷的挤压擦伤以及轨道与钩子的损坏。通过在停止器控制程序中添加时间互锁模块,即任意一个合流道岔前两个停止器中任何一个每发一次钩,时间互锁模块便会计时,在时间互锁模块,相对的另一个停止器不允许发钩,直到C型钩完全离开才解锁。并通过新增加的iba高速数据采集系统对基础大数据进行采集,然后经过对大数据的不断分析计算,再对程序进行优化,对相关参数进行优化。进而为PF链的长周期安全、稳定运行提供了重要保障。 During the actual operation of the high-speed PF chain,due to the deterioration or wear of relevant mechanical components,the length of the entire transportation channel,multiple detection signals and plates,and different levels of wear or deterioration of mechanical components in diferent sections,the relevant signal matching and signal connection may occur in advance or lag,resulting in the hook carrying the coil colliding with the hook,which can lead to crushing and scratching of the coil,as well as damage to the track and hook.By adding a time interlock module to the stopper control program,that is,every time either of the two stoppers in front of any confluence switch releases a hook,the time interlock module will record the time.In the time interlock module,the opposite stopper is not allowed to release a hook until the C-hook is completely released.And collect basic big data through the newly added iba high-speed data collection system,and then optimize the program and relevant parameters through continuous analysis and calculation of big data.Furthermore,it provides important guarantees for the long-term safe and stable operation of the PF chain.
