摘要
文章根据区域活力建设的相关研究成果和经验,总结出影响高铁站站域活力建设的4类主要要素:产业要素、人口要素、环境要素、市政公用设施要素。在此基础上,从影响高铁站站域活力建设的相关因素出发,选取了10个准则层、25个指标层,通过层次分析法(AHP)构建了高铁站站域活力建设影响因素指标体系,并对各项指标的权重值进行了计算。该评价体系可以在一定程度上因地制宜地指导国内高铁站区域城市设计工作。
According to the relevant research results and experience of regional vitality construction,this paper summarizes four main factors affecting the vitality construction of high-speed railway stations:industrial factors,population factors,environmental factors and municipal public facilities factors.On this basis,starting from the relevant factors affecting the vitality construction of high-speed railway station area,10 criteria levels and 25 index levels are selected to construct the index system of infuencing factors of high-speed railway station area vitality construction through analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the weight values of each index are calculated.The evaluation system can guide the regional urban design of domestic high-speed railway stations according to local conditionstoa certainextent.
