QuEChERS-气相色谱三重四极杆串联质谱法测定小麦中氟氯吡啶酯的残留 被引量:4

Determination of halauxifen-methyl residue in wheat by QuEChERS-gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry

摘要 [目的]建立小麦中氟氯吡啶酯残留量的QuEChERS-气相色谱-串联质谱测定方法。[方法]采用QuEChERS前处理方法,气相色谱三重四极杆串联质谱法进行测定,空白基质曲线外标法定量。[结果]氟氯吡啶酯的检出限和定量限分别为1.58、4.80μg/kg。在5~100μg/L质量浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数大于0.99,3个加标水平的平均回收率分别为117.5%、101.8%、107.8%,相对标准偏差分别为6.94%、2.25%、2.47%。[结论]该方法操作简单、快速、准确,可用于小麦中氟氯吡啶酯残留量的测定,为小麦产品质量安全监控提供有效的技术支持。 [Aims] A QuEChERS-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(QuEChERS-GC-MS/MS)method for the determination of halauxifen-methyl residues in wheat was established.[Methods] QuEChERS pretreatment method combined with gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry was employed,and external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.[Results] The detection limit and quantitative limit were 1.58,4.80 μg/kg,respectively.In the range of 5-100 μg/L,the linearity is good with the correlation coefficient more than 0.99.The average recoveries of 3 spiked levels were 117.5%,101.8% and 107.8%,while the relative standard deviations were6.94%,2.25% and 2.47%.[Conclusions] The method which is simple,rapid and accurate is suitable for the determination of the residues of halauxifen-methyl in wheat,and provides effective technical support for quality and safety monitoring of wheat.
