摘要
[目的]研究溴氰虫酰胺在枸杞果实上的残留及消解动态,为药剂在生产中推广应用提供科学依据。[方法]参照《农药残留试验准则》进行溴氰虫酰胺田间消解动态试验,样品经乙腈提取,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱进行检测。[结果]溴氰虫酰胺在5.0~100.0μg/L的质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(R~2=0.9980)。添加质量分数在0.01~5.0 mg/kg范围内,枸杞鲜果中溴氰虫酰胺的平均回收率为87.1%~108.7%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~2.5%,方法检出限为0.003 mg/kg;枸杞干果中溴氰虫酰胺的平均回收率为90.5%~100.1%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~2.8%,方法检出限为0.010 mg/kg。溴氰虫酰胺在枸杞果实中的残留消解动态符合一级动力学方程,其半衰期为1.24~2.39 d。[结论]建议生产中以10%溴氰虫酰胺OD 50 mg a.i./kg防治枸杞害虫,施药次数为1、2次时,采收安全间隔期分别不低于7、14 d;以100 mg a.i./kg防治时,施药次数为1次,采收安全间隔期不低于20 d,药剂的残留标准可达到食品安全及膳食摄入风险要求。
[Aims] Residue and dissipation dynamics of cyantraniliprole in wolfberry fruit were studied to provide scientific basis for its application in production.[Methods] The field dissipation dynamics test of cyantraniliprole was carried out according to the “Pesticide Residue Test Guidelines”.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and detected by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.[Results] The linear range was5.0-100.0 μg/L(R~2=0.9980).In the range of 0.01-5.0 mg/kg,the recovery rate of cyantraniliprole in wolfberry fresh fruit was 87.1 %-108.7 %,the relative standard deviation was 1.5 %-2.5 %,and the detection limit was 0.003 mg/kg.The recovery of cyantraniliprole in dried fruits of wolfberry was 90.5%-100.1%,the relative standard deviation was 1.3 %-2.8 %,and the detection limit was 0.010 mg/kg.The residual dissipation dynamics of cyantraniliprole in wolfberry fruits conformed to the first-order kinetic equation,and its half-life was 1.24-2.39 d.[Conclusions] Cyantraniliprole 10% OD is suggested to be used to control wolfberry pests in production once or twice at 50 mg a.i./kg,with a safety interval no less than 7 or 14 d respectively.When used once at 100 mg a.i./kg,the harvest safety interval is no less than 20 d,to make sure the residual standard of the pesticide meets the requirements of food safety and dietary intake risk.
