单嘧磺隆和扑草净对谷子田杂草的防除效果 被引量:2

Weed control efficacy of monosulfuron and prometryn in millet

摘要 [目的]筛选对谷子田杂草防除效果好且安全性高的除草剂,明确其合理使用剂量,为杂草高效防除提供理论参考。[方法]选取10%单嘧磺隆WP和40%扑草净WP,于山东滨州东孟村、闫家村2地进行试验,采用随机区组方法,分别测定药后21、42 d对杂草的防效,对作物的安全性及对谷子产量的影响。[结果]40%扑草净WP 258 g a.i./hm^(2)+10%单嘧磺隆WP 129 g a.i./hm^(2)处理对谷子田杂草的防除效果较理想,药后21 d的株防效达80%以上,药后42 d鲜质量防效达75%以上。但扑草净对作物长势抑制较明显,从防效和作物安全性考虑,扑草净用量不宜过大。[结论]谷子田防除杂草推荐使用40%扑草净WP 258 g a.i./hm^(2)+10%单嘧磺隆WP 129 g a.i./hm^(2)混合喷雾。 [Aims] In order to screen herbicides with good control efficacy on weeds and high safety in millet fields,and clarify their reasonable dosage to provide theoretical reference for efficient weed control.[Methods] We selected monosulfuron 10% WP and prometryn 40% WP using the randomized block method,to determine the weed control efficacy,crop safety and millet production on day 21 and 42 after application,in Dongmeng village and Yanjia village.[Results] Prometryn 40% WP 258 g a.i./ha+monosulfuron 10% WP 129 g a.i./ha treatment had ideal control efficacy on weeds in millet fields.The quantity control efficiency was more than 80% on day 21 after application,while the weight control efficiency was more than 75% on day 42 after application.However,prometryn had an obvious inhibition on crop growth.Considering herbicidal efficacy and crop safety,the amount of prometryn used should not be too large.[Conclusions] We recommended spraying the mixture prometryn 40% WP 258 g a.i./ha+ monosulfuron10% WP 129 g a.i./ha to control weeds in millet fields.
