盆底康复治疗仪治疗轻度子宫脱垂的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Therapy Instrument on Mild Uterine Prolapse

目的分析盆底康复治疗仪治疗轻度子宫脱垂的临床效果。方法将2017年1月至2020年1月铅山县人民医院妇科收治的60例轻度子宫脱垂患者作为此次研究对象,按治疗措施的不同均分为30例/组。对照组采用盆底肌肉锻炼,研究组在对照组基础上采用盆底康复治疗仪治疗,对比治疗成果。结果对比两组患者的PFIQ-7、PFDI-20评分,研究组明显低于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后在Ⅰ类肌纤维肌力和Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力中数据均高于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。在盆底肌功能等级判断中,研究组4~5级患者比例多于对照组,且研究组盆底肌肌力测定正常率为96.67%,对照组则为73.33%,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组患者的盆底肌收缩持续时间明显高于对照组,且尿失禁频率、残余尿均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为轻度子宫脱垂患者实施盆底康复治疗仪治疗效果显著,有助于改善患者的盆底肌力,提升盆底障碍生活质量。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument on patients with mild uterine prolapse.Methods Sixty patients with mild uterine prolapse admitted to the department of gynecology of Qianshan County People's Hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study,and were divided into 30 cases each group according to different treatment measures.The control group was treated with pelvic floor muscle exercise,and the study group was treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument on the basis of the control group.Results It can be seen from the data that in the comparison of the quality of life of patients with pelvic floor disorder and the results of the pelvic floor disorder impact scale,the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In addition,in the comparison of pelvic floor muscle strength of patients after nursing,the data of ClassⅠmuscle fiber strength and ClassⅡmuscle fiber strength of the study group after treatment were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In addition,in the classification of pelvic floor muscle function,the number of grade 4-5 people in the study group was more than that in the control group,and the normal rate of pelvic floor muscle strength determination was 96.67%in the study group and 73.33%in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The duration of pelvic floor muscle contraction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the frequency of urinary incontinence and residual urine were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with mild uterine prolapse,pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument has good efficacy and ideal clinical efficacy,which is helpful to improve the pelvic floor muscle strength of patients and improve the quality of life with pelvic floor disorders,and has certain promotion and application value.
