品管圈在降低骨科住院患者下肢骨折术后DVT发生率的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle in Reducing the Incidence of DVT in Orthopedic Inpatients after Lower Limb Fracture Surgery

目的在下肢骨折术后患者采取品管圈管理,对其下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)发生率的影响。方法选取东莞市中医院2021年3~5月份124例下肢骨折术后患者,作为对照组,此阶段患者实施常规护理管理;另选取2021年8~10月下肢骨折行手术患者124例,作为观察组,此阶段实施品管圈管理,分析两组患者术后DVT发生率、护理质量评分以及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者DVT发生率明显低于对照组,差异有显著性(1.61%vs.9.68%,P<0.05);观察组DVT达标率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(93.08%vs.79.40%,P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分较对照组更高(P<0.05)。除此之外,观察组在和谐程度、积极性、责任感、沟通配合、愉悦感、凝聚力、解决问题能力、品管圈手法方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在下肢骨折术后患者中,应用品管圈能降低术后深静脉血栓发生率,提升患者护理质量、生活质量,促进患者康复,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle on the incidence of DVT in patients after lower limb fracture surgery.Methods One hundred and twenty-four patients with lower limb fracture after surgery in Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March to May 2021 were selected as the control group,and routine nursing management was implemented in this stage.Another 124 patients who underwent surgery for lower limb fracture from August to October 2021 were selected as the observation group.Quality control circle management was implemented at this stage,and the incidence rate of postoperative DVT,nursing quality score and quality of life score of patients in the two groups were analyzed.Results The incidence of DVT in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(1.61%vs.9.68%,P<0.05).The compliance rate of DVT in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(93.08%vs.79.40%,P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the observation group were significantly better than the control group in terms of harmony,enthusiasm,responsibility,communication and cooperation,pleasure,cohesion,problem-solving ability,and quality control circle techniques(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with lower limb fracture after surgery,the use of tubes can reduce the incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis,improve the quality of care,quality of life,and promote the rehabilitation of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
