系统护理干预对ICU危重患者心理及生存状况的影响

The Influence of Systematic Nursing Intervention on the Psychology and Living Condition of ICU Critical Patients

目的分析ICU危重症患者接受系统护理干预对其心理及生存状况的影响。方法选择我院2018年5月至2019年5月ICU危重患者104例。采取随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,两组患者数量都为52例。对照组按照常规护理方法展开,观察组患者则实施系统护理干预。对两组患者的风险事件发生率、负性情绪、APACHEⅡ评分、生存状况和满意度等进行评价和对比。结果护理后,观察组风险事件发生率,焦虑和抑郁心理改善情况,护理后1 d、4 d、7 d的APACHEⅡ评分,生存状态改善效果,患者的满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将系统护理应用在ICU重症患者护理中可以减少风险事件的出现,缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁心理,改善患者的重症状态,提高患者的生存质量和满意度。

Objective To analyze and observe the effect of systematic nursing intervention on the psychology and survival of critically ill patients in ICU.Methods A total of 104 critically ill patients in the ICU of our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group by random grouping method,and the number of patients in both groups was 52 cases.The control group was carried out according to the routine nursing method,while the observation group received systematic nursing intervention.The incidence of risk events,negative emotions,APACHEⅡscore,survival status and satisfaction of the two groups of patients were evaluated and compared.Results After nursing,the incidence of risk events,the improvement of anxiety and depression,the APACHEⅡscore of at 1 day,4 days,and 7 days after nursing,the improvement effect of the survival status,patients'satisfaction in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic nursing in the nursing of critically ill patients in ICU can reduce the occurrence of risk events,relieve the anxiety and depression of patients,improve the severe state of patients,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.It is a recommended nursing care.
