手术室零缺陷护理模式应用于心脏动脉瘤手术中的效果观察

Effect of Nursing Mode of Zero Defect Operating Room in Operation of Cardiac Aneurysm

目的探讨手术室零缺陷护理模式应用于心脏动脉瘤手术中的效果。方法选择我院从2017年2月至2020年3月收治的行心脏动脉瘤手术患者92例,随机将收治的患者分为对照组与观察组,每组46例。在本次研究中,对照组采用常规手术室护理模式,观察组采用手术室零缺陷护理的模式。比较两组患者术中的出血量、手术操作时间、住院时间、手术室护理配合质量、麻醉配合质量、不良反应发生情况及护理满意度。结果相对于对照组,观察组患者手术中出血量更少,手术操作时间、住院时间明显缩短(P<0.01);观察组手术室护理配合质量、麻醉配合质量显著优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者出现不良反应的发生率低于对照组,观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将手术室零缺陷护理模式应用于心脏动脉瘤手术护理中,明显改善护理质量,可促进患者术后身体恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of zero defect operating room nursing mode in the operation of cardiac aneurysm.Methods From February 2017 to March 2020,92 patients with cardiac aneurysm were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,46 patients in each group.In operating room nursing,the control group was given general nursing mode,and the observation group was given zero defect operating room nursing mode.The operation time,intraoperative hemorrhage,hospitalization time,nursing cooperation quality in operating room,anesthesia cooperation quality,adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the amount of blood loss in the observation group was less,the operation time and hospital time were significantly shortened(P<0.01).The quality of nursing cooperation and anesthesia cooperation in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of zero defect operating room nursing mode in the operation of cardiac aneurysm can improve the quality of nursing,promote the recovery of patients after operation.
