基于TQM急诊护理在严重创伤性休克患者急救中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Emergency Nursing Based on TQM in Emergency Treatment of Patients with Severe Traumatic Shock

目的探究严重创伤性休克患者实施基于全面质量管理(Total Quality Management,TQM)急诊护理的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2018年4月至2020年12月大连市第三人民医院急诊科严重创伤性休克患者67例为研究对象,根据患者入院先后顺序分为对照组33例和研究组34例。其中,对照组给予常规护理措施,研究组在对照组基础上给予TQM急诊护理措施,评估两组护理后临床满意度情况,对比两组急诊治疗效率、强求成功率及并发症发生情况。结果研究组急诊治疗效率分诊评估时间、抢救时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组抢救成功率明显高于对照组(97.06%vs.81.82%,P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(3.03%vs.25.93%,P<0.05);研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组(93.94%vs.70.37%,P<0.05)。结论基于TQM急诊护理可有效缩短分诊评估时间、抢救时间,提高抢救成功率与患者护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of emergency nursing based on Total Quality Management(TQM)for patients with severe traumatic shock.Methods Sixty-seven patients with severe traumatic shock in the emergency department of the Third People's Hospital of Dalian from April 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group(33 cases)and study group(34 cases)according to different nursing methods.Among them,the control group was given routine nursing measures,and the research group was given TQM emergency nursing measures on the basis of the control group,to evaluate the clinical satisfaction of the two groups after nursing,and to compare the emergency treatment efficiency,forced success rate and complications of the two groups.Results The triage and evaluation time and rescue time of emergency treatment efficiency in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rescue success rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(97.06%vs.81.82%,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(3.03%vs.25.93%,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(93.94%vs.70.37%,P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency nursing based on TQM can effectively shorten the triage evaluation time and rescue time,improve the rescue success rate and patients'nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
