ICU床边血液净化患者中应用舒适护理的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Comfort Care in Patients with Bedside Blood Purification in ICU

目的观察分析在ICU床边血液净化患者中接受舒适护理干预后的临床效果。方法选择2020年1月至2022年10月在医院ICU接受床边血液净化的80例患者作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为常规组(40例患者),舒适组(40例患者)。常规组患者接受一般的护理干预,舒适组患者在常规组患者的基础上接受舒适护理干预,对比观察分析两组患者的应用效果、不良反应、心理情绪、舒适度、护理满意度情况。结果舒适组患者的护理效果较常规组更好,P<0.05。与常规组的心理情绪(SDS、SAS)评分比较,舒适组患者的更低,P<0.05。与常规组的舒适度评分以及舒适率对比后,舒适组患者的更高,P<0.05。发生不良反应的患者,舒适组少于常规组,P<0.05。与常规组患者对护理工作者的满意度对比,舒适组患者更肯定护理服务,P<0.05。结论为ICU床边血液净化患者提供舒适护理干预后,取得了显著的临床疗效,而且提高了患者的护理满意度以及舒适度,降低了不良反应的发生。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of comfort nursing intervention in patients with bedside blood purification in ICU.Methods A total of 80 patients who received bedside blood purification in ICU from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected as observation objects,and were divided into conventional group(40 patients)and comfort group(40 patients)according to random number table method.Conventional group patients received general nursing intervention,comfort group patients in the conventional group of patients on the basis of comfort nursing intervention,comparative observation and analysis of the two groups of patients with the application effect,adverse reactions,psychological emotions,comfort,nursing satisfaction.Results The nursing effect of comfort group was better than that of conventional group,P<0.05.The score of SDS and SAS in comfort group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After comparison of comfort score and comfort rate,the comfort group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).There were less adverse reactions in comfort group than conventional group(P<0.05).The comparison of patients'satisfaction with nursing workers showed that patients in comfortable group were more positive about nursing services,P<0.05.Conclusion After providing comfortable nursing intervention for patients with bedside blood purification in ICU,remarkable clinical efficacy has been achieved,and the nursing satisfaction and comfort of patients have been improved,and the occurrence of adverse reactions has been reduced.
