舒适护理+健康教育在阑尾炎术后患者护理中的应用

Application of Comfort Nursing+Health Education in Postoperative Patients with Appendicitis

目的探讨阑尾炎术后实施舒适护理联合健康教育的护理效果。方法选择我于2020年10月至2021年5月在永泰县医院外科进修期间接诊的80例阑尾炎术后患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签方式划分对照组与观察组,对照组(40例)患者采取常规模式护理,观察组(40例)患者实施舒适护理联合健康教育干预,分别记录两组患者术后恢复情况,比较两组患者护理前后疾病知识掌握情况、心理状态、生活质量的变化情况,以及术后出现并发症情况。结果观察组术后排气时间、排便时间及疼痛持续时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后疾病知识掌握各个方面评分、生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,不良心理状态评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后出现切口感染等并发症的总概率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阑尾炎患者术后通过开展舒适护理联合健康教育可促进患者预后恢复,了解阑尾炎疾病相关知识,减少术后并发症,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of comfort nursing combined with health education after appendectomy.Methods Eighty patients with appendicitis who I received in Yongtai County Hospital from October 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of random drawing.The control group(40 patients)took routine nursing care,and the observation group(40 patients)took comfort nursing combined with health education intervention,and recorded the postoperative recovery of the two groups,compare the mastery of disease knowledge,psychological state changes and postoperative complications of the two groups before and after nursing.Results The time of exhaust,defecation and pain in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of disease knowledge mastery and the sub-scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the score of bad psychological state was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total probability of postoperative complications such as incision infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative comfort nursing combined with health education can promote the prognosis of patients with appendicitis,understand the relevant knowledge of appendicitis,reduce postoperative complications,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of application and promotion.
