The Application of Food Safety Standards in Food Safety Management

随着社会不断发展以及人们生活水平持续提升,社会对于食品安全问题的关注度也日益提升。为了保障人们的身体健康,应当对部门监督管理制度进行加强,确保在食品安全管理中有效落实食品安全标准,最大限度规避各类食品安全问题。本研究以食品安全标准在食品安全管理中的应用作为研究对象,在查阅大量相关文献和结合以往工作经验的基础上,先概述食品安全标准,之后分析食品安全标准的价值;在探讨食品安全标准应用于食品安全管理现状及存在问题的基础上,提出食品安全标准在食品安全管理中的应用及建议。期望可以为食品安全管理更加有效地应用食品安全标准提供理论参考和更多思路。

With the continuous development of the society and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the social attention to food safety issues is also increasing.In order to protect people's health,the department supervision and management system should be strengthened to ensure the effective implementation of food safety standards in food safety management,and to avoid all kinds of food safety problems to the greatest extent.This paper focuses on the application of food safety standards in food safety management as the research object,on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literature and combined with previous work experience,summarizes the food safety standards,then analyzes the value of food safety standards,in the application of food safety standards in food safety management and the existing problems,puts forward the application of food safety standards in food safety management and the suggestion,expect to provide theoretical reference and more ideas for food safety management more effectively.
