基层党建档案管理助推党建工作高质量发展探讨

Discussion on the Management of Party Construction Archives at the Basic Level and Promoting the High-quality Development of Party Construction

随着时代的不断发展和进步,对党建工作提出了一系列新发展要求。本文以基层党建档案的主要类别与内容作为切入点,介绍了加强基层党建档案管理的意义和作用以及现阶段党建档案管理存在的主要问题,并基于强化认知水平、健全管理制度、完善支持条件、培养高素质团队、推动档案业务相融合以及实现档案信息共享等角度对优化党建档案管理的措施进行了阐述,结合广东省东莞市凤岗医院基层党建档案管理优化前后成效比对进行了分析,以期为相关从业人员提供参考。

With the continuous development and progress of the times,a series of new development requirements have been put forward for the Party building work(The new era puts forward higher requirements for party construction.The grass-roots party construction archives are an important carrier for recording the work of party construction,and also the basic material for summarizing historical experience and establishing scientific databases.Therefore,it is of great significance to discuss the management of the grass-roots party construction archives).This paper takes the main categories and contents of the grassroots Party construction archives as the starting point,this paper introduces the significance and role of strengthening the management of Party building archives at the grass-roots level and the main problems existing in the management of Party building archives at the present stage,and expounds the measures for optimizing the management of Party building archives from the perspectives of strengthening the level of cognition,improving the management system,improving the support conditions,cultivating high-quality teams,promoting the integration of archival business and realizing the sharing of archival information.Combined with the comparison of the results before and after the optimization of the grass-roots Party construction archives management in the author's unit,the paper analyzes the results in order to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
