中医穴位透药联合脊柱微创术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of TCM Acupoint Transmission Combined With Spinal Microwound in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的观察对腰椎间盘突出症患者采用中医穴位透药联合脊柱内镜微创术治疗的临床效果。方法选取福建中医药大学附属人民医院2021年5月—2022年11月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者100例,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组(脊柱内镜微创术治疗)50例与治疗组(脊柱内镜微创术治疗+中医穴位透药)50例。分别对两组患者术前、术后的视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale/score,VAS)、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores,JOA)评分进行评价,并根据两者的结果,对比其临床疗效。结果无论采用JOA评分标准还是VAS评分表标准,治疗组和对照组的评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者术后生活质量评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论采用中医穴位透药联合脊柱内镜微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者,能够改善患者的疼痛感并提高治疗效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of using traditional Chinese acupoint transdermal therapy in combination with spinal endoscopy microsurgery in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients.Methods A total of 100 pat ients were selected f rom the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to November 2022.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods:the control group(50 cases treated with spinal endoscopy microsurgery)and the treatment group(50 cases treated with spinal endoscopy microsurgery plus traditional Chinese acupoint transdermal therapy).The visual analogue scale(VAS)and Japanese orthopaedic association scores(JOA)of the two groups of patients before and after surgery were evaluated,and the clinical efficacy was compared based on the results of the two groups.Results Whether using JOA scoring standard or VAS scoring table,the scores of standard,treatment group and control group were significantly different(P<0.05),the difference of postoperative quality of life score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese acupoint transdermal therapy in combination with spinal endoscopy microsurgery in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients can improve the patients'pain and enhance the treatment effect,which is a treatment method worth promoting.
