摘要 目的 观察SBAR沟通模式在ICU重症肺炎患者交接班中的实际应用改善效果。方法 选取2019年1—3月山东大学齐鲁医院重症监护室60例患者为对照组,5—7月60例患者为观察组。对照组采用山东大学齐鲁医院传统交接班流程;观察组考虑到ICU重症肺炎患者的特点,在基础交接单上融入SBAR模式进行交接班,比较两组ICU护士床旁交接班合格率、护士对交接过程评价与护士自主学习能力。结果 观察组在融合SBAR沟通模式进行交接班后,ICU护士床边交接班合格率、护士对交接过程评价与护理人员自主学习能力较对照组均有显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在基础交接单上融入SBAR模式进行交接可班明显提高护士床旁交接班合格率与护士对交接过程评价,并提高护理人员的自主学习能力。 Objective To observe the improvement effect of the practical application of SBAR communication mode in the shift of ICU patients with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 60 patients from the intensive care unit of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January to March 2019 were selected as the control group,and 60 patients from May to July were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted the traditional shift handover process of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University.Considering the characteristics of patients with severe pneumonia in ICU,the observation group integrated SBAR mode into the basic handover slip for shift handover,and compared the pass rate of bedside handover of ICU nurses,the evaluation of nurses'handover process and the nurses'self-learning ability between the two groups before and after.Results Compared with the control group,the qualification rate of bedside shift handover,nurses'evaluation of handover process and nurses'self-learning ability in the observation group were significantly improved after the shift handover by integrating SBAR communication mode(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of SBAR model into the basic handover form can significantly improve the qualification rate of bedside shift handover and the evaluation of the handover process by nurses,and improve the self-learning ability of nurses.
