超广角眼底照相在孔源性视网膜脱离术前检查的临床应用研究

Clinical application of ultra-wide angle fundus photography in preoperative examination of retinal detachment

目的对比分析CLARUS 500超广角眼底照相机和间接眼底镜在孔源性视网膜脱离术前的结果,评估两种检查方法的一致性。方法回顾性分析行手术治疗的孔源性视网膜脱离患者共40例(40眼),术前均进行散瞳下CLARUS 500超广角眼底照相机检查和散瞳后间接眼底镜检查,记录两种方法的术前检查结果并进行比较分析。结果两种检查方法视网膜裂孔检出率Kendall Wa系数为0.842,两种检查方法存在显著的一致性,但两种检查方法检出不同类型的视网膜裂孔的数量存在差异,其中差异最大的是小圆孔及沙眼孔,其他类型裂孔的遗漏相对较少。结论CLARUS 500超广角眼底照相机在孔源性视网膜脱离的术前检查效果与间接眼底镜检查一致性显著,但可能会遗漏较周边的视网膜裂孔,尤其是周边视网膜的细小沙眼孔。

Objective To compare the results of the two methods before operation,and to evaluate the consistency of the two methods,and to analyze the related factors.Methods A total of 40 patients(40 eyes)with rhegmatogenous Retinal detachment were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients were examined by the Clarus 500 ultra-wide angle fundus camera under dilated pupil and indirect ophthalmoscopy after dilated pupil,iNTRAOPERATIVE and preoperative examination results were recorded and compared.Results The Kendall Wa coefficient of the two methods was 0.842.There was significant consistency between the two methods and the number of different types of retinal breaks was different.The biggest difference was the small round hole and trachoma hole,other types of hole are relatively less missed.Conclusion The results of pre-operative examination of rhegmatogenous retinal retinal detachment with chase Clarus 500 ultra-wide angle fundus camera are consistent with those of indirect ophthalmoscopy,in particular,the small trachoma in the peripheral retina.
