低破碎斗式提升机关键结构创新与优化设计

摘要 在“节粮减损”大环境条件下,低破碎斗提机市场潜力越来越大。采用Inventor进行整体三维建模,研究低破碎提升机机头、机座、进料口的结构,设计新型的低破碎提升机,防止谷物破碎,提升经济性,在粮油等行业具有重要的实用意义。 Under the environment of“grain saving and loss reduction”,the market potential of low crushing bucket is increased.In this paper,inventor was used to carry out the whole three-dimensional modeling,studied the structure of the head,frame and feed port of the low crushing elevator,designed a new low crushing bucket elevator to prevent grain crushing and improve economy,which had important practical significance in the grain and oil industry.
