守正创新:新时代我国高校思想政治教育的基本遵循

Persistence and Innovation:The Basic Adherence of Ideological and Political Education in Chinas Colleges and Universities in the New Era

随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国教育发展面临新形势新任务新要求,高校思想政治教育同样面临着国际国内形势变化的诸多挑战,如多元化的价值取向对我国马克思主义主流意识形态造成一定程度的冲击、新媒体监督管理不到位、队伍建设机制不完善等问题。如何在波谲云诡的复杂形势中继续保持战略定力,关键是要在“变化”中“守正”,即理解把握马克思主义意识形态理论的基本内容、坚持马克思主义意识形态指导地位、培育和践行社会主义核心价值观;在“不变”中求“创新”,对高校思政育人形式内容加以革新、网络媒体技术手段加以升级、工作队伍体制机制加以优化,不断增强新时代高校思想政治教育的实效性、针对性和感染力。

As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,China's educational development is facing new situations,new tasks and new requirements,and ideological and political education in colle­ges and universities is also facing many challenges caused by changes in the international and domestic situation,such as impact from diversified value orientations on China's Marxist mainstream ideology,inad­equate supervision and management of new media,and imperfect team building mechanisms.The key to how to continue to maintain strategic determination in the turbulent and complex situation is to"persist in the righteousness"in the midst of"change",that is,to understand and grasp the basic content of Marx's main ideological theory,adhere to the guiding position of Marxist ideology,and cultivate and practice the core socialist values;meanwhile,it is also needed to seek"innovation"among"the unchanged",in­novating the form and content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,upgra­ding the technical means of online media,optimizing the system and mechanism of work force,and con­tinuously enhancing the effectiveness,pertinence and appeal of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.
