上海市浦东新区社区中医全科医生家庭医生签约服务现状调查

Investigation and Optimization of Contract Service for Community Traditional Chinese Medicine General Practitioners in Pudong New Area of Shanghai

目的:了解上海市浦东新区社区中医全科医生家庭医生签约服务现状,为促进中医药融入家庭医生签约服务提供参考。方法:2020年11—12月,采用分层随机抽样方法抽取上海市浦东新区29家社区卫生服务中心中医类全科医生282人,通过问卷星调查方式对其进行家庭医生签约服务状况调查。结果:实际完成签约数量>2000人的仅有6人,占2.2%。有49.7%的调查者认为参与家庭医生签约服务有必要,有59.3%的调查者认为中医全科医生与西医全科医生同等重要,有88.3%的调查者认为可以提供更专业的中医服务。结论:上海市浦东新区社区中医全科医生家庭医生签约指标达标率较低。建议加强中医全科医生家庭医生签约服务的宣传力度,提高各方面的支持力度,发挥中医药服务优势,探索中西医组合签约方式,使中医药服务更好地融入家庭医生签约服务。

OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)general practitioners'contract service in Pudong New Area,and to provide reference for promoting TCM integration into the contract service of family doctors.METHODS From November to December of 2020,282 TCM general practitioners from 29 community health service centers in Pudong New Area of Shanghai were selected by stratified random sampling to investigate the contracted service status of family doctors through questionnaire star survey.RESULTS Only 6 people have actually signed>2000 contracts,accounting for 2.2%.49.7%of the respondents thought that it was necessary to participate in the family doctor contract services,59.3%believed that TCM general practitioners were as important as general practitioners in Western medicine,and 88.3%believed that more professional TCM services could be provided.CONCLUSION At present,there are still some obstacles to the signing of TCM general practitioners in Pudong New Area.It is suggested to increase the publicity of signing,improve the support,give play to the advantages of TCM service,and explore the signing of traditional Chinese and Western medicine combination.
