大明湖浮游生物群落结构调查

Investigation of Plankton Community Structure in Daming Lake of Jinan in Autumn

于2021年秋季,对济南大明湖开展了浮游生物群落结构调查。结果表明,共采集到浮游植物5门49种,其中绿藻门种类数最多,占总种类数的48.98%;浮游植物密度和生物量平均值分别为26.31×10^(6)cells/L和28.964 mg/L。浮游动物4类10种,其中原生动物种类数最多,占浮游动物总种类数的40.00%;浮游动物密度和生物量平均值分别为3.80 ind./L和0.018 mg/L。浮游植物和浮游动物的多样性指数平均值分别为2.554和1.935。多样性指数水质评价表明,湖区水质整体处于中污染状态,污染程度存在区域差异。

The plankton in Daming Lake was investigated in the autumn of 2021.There were a total of 49 species of phytoplankton belonging to 5 phyla,among which Chlorophyta accounted for 48.98%of the total phytoplankton species.The average density and average biomass of phytoplankton were 26.31×10^(6) cells/L and 28.964 mg/L,respectively.There are 10 species of zooplankton belonging to 4 groups,the number of protozoa species was the most,accounting for 40.00%of the total zooplankton species.The average density and average biomass of zooplankton were 3.80 ind./L and 0.018 mg/L,respectively.The average Shannon-Wiener diversity index of phytoplankton and zooplankton were 2.554 and 1.935,respectively.The water quality evaluation of the diversity index showed that the water quality of the Daming Lake was medium pollution,and the pollution degree was different in different regions.
