吸收式热泵在烟气余热回收实践的应用案例分析

摘要 某集中供热锅炉房利用吸收式热泵实施4台层燃型燃煤热水锅炉烟气余热回收,该项目采用合同能源管理的方式建设运营。项目投运后节能减排效果明显,但系统运行过程中出现了热源水质调节与环保排放指标控制存在交叉关系、烟气冷凝水处理、锅炉排烟温度升高、锅炉出水温度升高引发的运行安全等问题,针对这些问题进行分析诊断,并提出合理的解决措施,为应用吸收式热泵优化燃煤锅炉烟气余热回收运行方案提供参考。 A central heating boiler room uses absorption heat pump to implement flue gas waste heat recovery of four layer burning coal-fired hot water boilers.After the project is put into operation,the effect of energy saving and emission reduction is obvious,but there problems during the process of system operation such as cross relationship between water quality regulation of heat source and control of environmental discharge index,operation safety caused by gas condensate water treatment,boiler smoke exhaust temperature increase and boiler water outlet temperature increase in the process of operation of the system.This paper puts forward reasonable solution measures,providing reference for optimization of operation scheme of absorption heat pump in flue gas waste heat recovery of coal-fired boilers.
