供热管网阻力系数辨识与实验研究

Identification and experimental study on resistance coefficient of heating pipe network

摘要 为提高供热效率和供热质量,提出构建供热管网水力计算模型的方法,同时采用基本回路法对水力计算模型进行求解。基于遗传优化算法,以流量表采集到的管段流量为依据,对供热管网的阻力系数进行辨识。通过管网实验数据对该方法的效果进行验证,结果表明采用该方法优化辨识得到的管网阻力系数几乎接近管网运行状态下真实阻力系数,该方法对提高供热管网水力计算模型的精度具有显著作用。 To improve the heating efficiency and quality,the method of constructing hydraulic calculation model of heating pipe network is put forward,and the basic loop method is used to solve the hydraulic calculation model.Based on genetic optimization algorithm,the resistance coefficient of heating pipe network is identified according to the pipe flow collected by flow meter.The effect of this method is verified by the experimental data of the pipe network.The results show that the resistance coefficient of the pipe network optimized and identified by this method is almost close to the real resistance coefficient in the running state of the pipe network.This method plays a significant role in improving the accuracy of the hydraulic calculation model of the heating pipe network.
