摘要
针对北京市丰台区一个供热小区,结合建筑物热工性能,进行了典型年的冬季供热热负荷计算,得到了小区建筑物的逐时热负荷、小区供热总负荷以及局部时间段小区供热的需求量等结果。在此基础上,建立了以基于微包裹复合相变储热材料的电热装置为主、直热式电锅炉为辅的供热系统。基于微包裹复合相变储热材料的电热装置具有加热、储热、放热等功能,不仅可以在全天各时段分配电热量,而且整个装置采用风机变频控制,可以提供稳定温度的热水。结合这一特性,针对实际供热对象,进行冬季供热研究分析,包括供热设备运行模式、加热放热时间安排以及降低运行费用的方法。研究结果表明,以基于微包裹复合相变储热材料的电热装置为主、直热式电锅炉为辅的供热系统不仅可以保证冬季供热质量,而且还能降低57.41%的运行费用,并具有极寒季节调峰的功能。
In this paper,for a heating district in Fengtai District,Beijing,the heat load calculation of winter heating in a typical year is carried out by combining the thermal performance of the building,and the results of the time-by-time heat load of the district building,the total district heating load and the demand for district heating in local time periods are obtained.Based on these results,a heating system based on micro-encapsulated composite phase change thermal storage material-based electric heating device is established,supplemented by direct-heat electric boiler.The electric heating device based on micro-encapsulated composite phase change thermal storage material has the functions of heating,heat storage and heat release,etc.Not only can the electric heat be distributed throughout the day time,but also the whole device is controlled by fan frequency conversion,which can steadily provide hot water with stable temperature.Combining with this feature,winter heating research analysis is conducted for the actual heating object,including the operation mode of heating equipment,heating and heat release time arrangement and the method to reduce the operation cost.The research results show that the heating system based on the electric heating device based on microencapsulated composite phase change heat storage material and supplemented by the direct heating electric boiler can not only ensure the heating quality in winter,but also reduce the operation cost by 57.41%,and at the same time have the function of peak regulation in the extremely cold season.
