空气温湿度对明火加热炉炉内气氛的影响

摘要 对明火加热炉的炉内气氛控制原理进行分析。炉内气氛影响钢丝表面氧化皮的状态和表面质量。经过理论计算和实际案例比较得出,在天然气热值和空燃比不变的情况下,炉内气氛受空气温湿度影响较大,最大可使炉内气氛(干)变化0.70%左右。建议明火加热炉安装温湿度智能监控设备,当温度变化超过20℃,相对湿度变化超过30%的时候,予以报警,并对炉内气氛进行重新检测和微调。稳定的燃气和空气供给有利于减少炉内气氛波动,提高天然气利用率。 To analyze principle of open-fire furnace combustion atmosphere.Furnace atmosphere affects state and quality of oxide scale on steel wire surface.With natural gas calorific value and air-fuel ratio unchanged,through theoretical calcula-tions and practical cases,it is concluded that open-fire furnace combustion atmosphere is greatly affected by air temperature and humidity,and the maximum change in combustion atmosphere(dry)can be about 0.70%.It is recommended to in-stall intelligent monitoring equipment for temperature and humidity in open-fire heating furnace.When temperature changes exceed 20℃and relative humidity exceeds 30%,alarm will be given,and combustion atmosphere will be redetected and slightly tuned.Stable gas and air supply is conducive to reducing fluctuations in atmosphere in furnace and improving utili-zation rate of natural gas.
