摘要
基于斜拉索索体耐火防护要求,设计了一种耐火一体化斜拉索,通过耐火材料对比研究、生产工艺研究和设备改造,实现了耐火一体化斜拉索的生产,同时进行了索体的绝热性能试验,试验索体性能满足在1 100℃环境下,索体表面钢丝在60 min内升温不超过300℃的要求。
Based on fire protection requirements of stay cable body,fire-resistant integrated stay cable is designed.Through comparative study of refractory materials,production process research and equipment transformation,the production of fire-resistant integrated stay cable is realized.At the same time,insulation performance test of cable body was carried out.Test cable body performance met the requirement that temperature rise of cable body surface steel wire should not exceed 300℃in 60 min under environment of 1100℃.
