连续预张拉节能方法探讨

摘要 连续预张拉节能方法用于钢丝及其制品、锚链、锁链等产品预张拉和稳定化处理。与传统的双轮转速差连续预张拉方法相比,节能90%以上。它是基于内力系原理工作的。通过平行轴传动方式,将需要拉伸的工件及其受到的拉伸力封闭在所形成的内力系中,并保持拉伸力,拉伸力大小与工件的运动基本无关。以钢绞线生产线的连续预张拉设备为例,给出了实施的技术方案。通过运动仿真和计算分析,表明了预张拉节能方法的优良效果。 The continuous pretensioning energy saving method is used for pretensioning and stabilizing steel wire and its products,anchor chain,chain and other products.Compared with traditional two-wheel speed difference continuous preten-sioning method,energy saving can reach more than 90%.It works based on principle of internal force system.Through parallel shaft transmission,workpiece to be stretched and its tensile force are closed in internal force system formed,and tensile force is maintained.The tensile force is basically independent of movement of workpiece.Taking continuous preten-sioning equipment of steel strand production line as an example,technical scheme for implementation is given.Through motion simulation and calculation analysis,it is shown that pretensioning energy saving method has good effect.
