摘要
对国产电镀线热能再利用进行分析,采用措施有效利用了明火炉烟道余热与中频炉钢丝余热。通过改变脱脂槽工业水加热方式,每条电镀线脱脂槽每天减少蒸汽用量约1.8 t;改变盐酸槽盐酸加热方式,每条电镀线酸槽每天减少蒸汽用量0.7 t;改变镀铜槽内镀液与皂浸槽内润滑剂加热,及热水洗槽内工业水加热方式,每条电镀线每天减少蒸汽用量约3.4 t,基本实现作业线生产热能的自给自足。
To analyze waste heat utulization in domestic electroplating line,open fire furnace and medium frequency furnace steel wire waste heat were effectively utilized by taking measures.By Changing heating mode of industrial water in degrea-sing tank,steam consumption at degreasing tank of each electroplating line is reduced about 1.8 tons per day;By Changing hydrochloric acid heating mode of hydrochloric acid tank,steam consumption at acid tank of each electroplating line is re-duced 0.7 tons per day;By changing heating mode of plating solution in copper plating bath and lubricant in soap bath,and heating mode of industrial water in hot water washing bath,steam consumption of each electroplating line is reduced about 3.4 tons per day,which basically realizes heat energy self-sufficiency of production line.
