中国是蔬菜生产和消费大国,近些年蔬菜生产全程机械化发展速度较快,但总体发展质量不高。传统的蔬菜播种作业多采用人工的方式,机械化播种装备应用较少,造成播种质量和效率低,标准化程度差等显著问题。随着农村城镇化、劳动力老龄化,蔬菜产业发展与劳动力紧缺的矛盾越来越突出,蔬菜机械化精密播种势在必行。面对我国蔬菜精密播种机械发展现状和存在的问题,研制一种新型气力式精密蔬菜播种机械,通过设计专用气力式双压排种装置和实时在线监测控制系统等关键部件,实现小粒蔬菜种子高速精密播种作业。该机的研制成功能够有效提升我国蔬菜机械化种植装备整体技术水平。

China is a major country in vegetable production and consumption.In recent years,the mechanization of vegetable production has developed rapidly,but the overall quality of development is not high.Traditional vegetable sowing operations often use manual methods,and mechanized sowing equipment is rarely used,resulting in significant problems such as low sowing quality and efficiency,and poor standardization.With the urbanization of rural areas and the aging of labor force,the contradiction between the development of the vegetable industry and the shortage of labor force is becoming increasingly prominent,and the mechanization of precision vegetable planting is imperative.In the face of the current development status and existing problems of precision vegetable planting machinery in China,a new type of pneumatic precision vegetable planting machinery is developed.By designing key components such as a dedicated pneumatic dual pressure seed metering device and a real-time online monitoring and control system,the high-speed precision planting operation of small vegetable seeds is achieved.The successful development of this machine can effectively improve the overall technical level of mechanized vegetable planting equipment in China.
