摘要
为实现温室农业的精准施肥,设计了一种基于压电驱动器的施肥控制装置。该装置采用压电液压驱动和双肥料箱施肥,适用水肥一体化灌溉模式。确定了装置的工作条件、输出功率和载肥能力。当驱动介质气体含量极低时,工作条件为电压150 V,频率350 Hz,施加内压力0.04 MPa。肥料重量1~1.5 kg时,施肥装置的功率基本稳定,最高达92 mW。与驱动介质气体含量较多时对比,装置的载肥能力提升3倍,功率提升1.517倍,具备更强的稳定性和工作效率。
In order to achieve accurate fertilization in greenhouse agriculture,a fertilizer control device based on piezoelectric actuator was studied.The device adopts piezoelectric hydraulic drive and double fertilizer boxes for fertilization,which is suitable for the integrated irrigation mode of water and fertilizer.The working conditions,output power and fertilizer carrying capacity of the device were determined.When the gas content of the driving medium is extremely low,the working conditions are voltage 150V,frequency 350Hz and loading pressure 0.04MPa.When the weight of fertilizer is 1kg-1.5kg,the power of the fertilizer application device is basically stable,and the maximum power is 92mW.Compared with when the gas content of the driving medium with a large amount,the fertilizer carrying capacity of the fertilizer application device is increased by 3 times,and the power is increased by 1.517 times,and the device has stronger stability and working efficiency.
