小型谷物清选机的设计与试验

Study of Small Grain Cleaning Machine

谷物清选是农业生产中的重要环节,主要是对收获谷物中的不完整谷粒、草籽、泥沙和稻壳等进行清选,保证收获后的谷物均匀、成熟和饱满,对于后续的播种和粮饲应用提供良好的基础条件,同时有利于谷物的运输、存储和销售,有利于增强谷物的市场竞争力,提高农户的农业经济收入。基于国内外谷物清选装置的发展现状及市场发展需求,提出一种小型谷物清选机设计方案,对关键部件的设计和选型进行论述,试验结果表明,该小型谷物清选机可以满足实际生产需求,具有较好的应用前景和经济价值。

Grain scavenging is an important part of agricultural production,mainly for scavenging incomplete grains,grass seeds,silt and rice husk in harvested grains to ensure that the harvested grains are uniform,mature and full,which provides good basic conditions for subsequent sowing and grain-feeding applications,and also facilitates the transportation,storage and marketing of grains,which is conducive to enhancing the market competitiveness of grains and improving the agricultural economic income of farmers.This study is based on the results of domestic and international grain cleaning devices.Based on the development status of grain cleaning devices at home and abroad and the current market development needs,this study proposes a small grain cleaning machine design scheme,and discusses the design and selection of key components.The test results show that the small grain cleaning machine proposed in this study can meet the actual production needs and has good application prospects and economic value.
