压力成型技术在机械制造中的应用分析

摘要 在对材料进行机械压力成型过程中,对其进行质量控制是提高机械材料成型质量的重要工作步骤。基于机械压力成型技术的基本类型及应用特点,系统论述了不同机械压力成型技术的质量控制方法与流程。研究结果可以为机械加工及操作提供理论参考与借鉴,对于推动机械快速加工技术的发展提供一定的发展思路。 Mechanical pressure forming technology is a manufacturing technology that uses mechanical equipment to process and deform materials to a certain degree and process raw materials into workpieces of desired shape and size by pressure,which has been widely used in the manufacturing process of metals,plastics,rubber,ceramics and other materials.In the process of mechanical pressure forming,quality control is an important work step to improve the quality of mechanical material forming.Based on the basic types and application characteristics of mechanical pressure forming technology,this study systematically discusses the quality control methods and processes of different mechanical pressure forming technologies.The research results can provide theoretical reference and reference for mechanical processing and operation,and provide certain development ideas for promoting the development of mechanical rapid processing technology.
