学分替代对中职学生素质提升效果的实践探索

摘要 职业教育作为一种类型教育,与普通教育具有同等重要的地位。中职作为职业教育的重要组成部分,无论是纵向贯通升学还是直接就业,对学生的素质都有一定的要求。以肇庆市科技中等职业学校为试点,探索在学分制教学管理实施方案中,通过开展第二课堂创设各种素质学分,以学分替代为激励,引导学生提升综合素质。 As a type of education,vocational education is as important as general education.As an important part of vocational education,secondary vocational schools have certain requirements on the quality of students,whether as a vertical link to higher education or direct employment.Taking Zhaoqing Science and Technology Secondary Vocational School as a pilot,this paper explores how to guide students to improve their comprehensive quality through the creation of various quality credits in the second classroom in the implementation plan of credit system teaching management.
