“1+X”证书制度背景下课程建设路径探讨

摘要 “1+X”证书制度是人才培育模式的制度创新,根本出发点是立德树人,彰显高技能与高素质的人才培育路径;课程思政是提升立德树人内涵的内在要求,凸显高技能人才的价值塑造,素养提升的人才培育方法,“1+X”证书制度与课程思政具有内在的逻辑一致性。在“1+X”证书制度和课程思政价值引领新要求下,提出“1+X”证书制度背景下课程思政建设路径。主体认知,提升教学团队思想政治素养;课程设计,优化课程思政内容供给;课堂铸魂,课程思政教学主渠道;效果评价,课程思政育人闭环体系。课程思政建设路径探究形成思政课与公共基础课、专业课、实践类课程四位一体的协同育人体系,落实立德树人根本任务,课程思政建设路径研究结果可为教育改革提供借鉴。 The“1+X”certificate system is an institutional innovation in the talent cultivation model,with the fundamental starting point of cultivating virtue and talents,which highlights the path of high skill and high-quality talent cultivation.Curriculum ideological and political education is an inherent requirement for enhancing the connotation of moral education and cultivating talents,highlighting the value shaping of highly skilled talents,and cultivating methods for improving literacy.The“1+X”certificate system and curriculum ideological and political education have inherent logical consistency.Under the new requirements of the“1+X”system and the guidance of curriculum ideological and political values,this article proposes a path for curriculum ideological and political construction under the background of the“1+X”certificate system.The meaning of subjective cognition is to enhance the ideological and political literacy of the teaching team,the meaning of course design is to optimize the supply of ideological and political content in the curriculum,the meaning of classroom soul casting is the main channel of ideological and political education in the curriculum,and the meaning of effect evaluation is the closed-loop system of ideological and political education in the curriculum.Exploring the path of ideological and political construction in curriculum,forming a collaborative education system that integrates ideological and political courses with public basic courses,professional courses,and practical courses,and implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents.The research results proposed in this article can provide reference for educational reform.
