技能大赛促进中职机电专业工匠精神育人体系的构建与实践分析

Study on the Construction and Practice of Craftsmanship Cultivation System for Middle-level Electromechanical Majors Promoted by Skill Competition

中职教育主要进行技术型人才的培养,在教育体系中起到非常重要的作用,因此,通过中等职业教育将工匠精神与技术型人才培养进行结合,对于推动中职教育的快速发展具有重要意义。通过分析技能大赛对中职机电专业的影响,系统阐述如何将工匠精神融入到机电专业的人才培养模式中,研究结果对于培养符合社会发展所需的高技能人才提供参考,同时为中职教育体系构建与改革提供一些理论基础与经验。

Secondary vocational education mainly cultivates technical talents and plays a very important role in the education system.Therefore,it is important to combine the“craftsmanship spirit”with the cultivation of technical talents through secondary vocational education to promote the rapid development of secondary education.This paper analyzes the influence of skill competition on secondary vocational electromechanical majors,and systematically elaborates how to integrate“craftsmanship”into the talent cultivation mode of electromechanical majors.The research results provide reference for cultivating highly skilled talents in line with social development,and provide some theoretical basis and experience for the structure and reform of secondary vocational education system.
