摘要
胰源性门静脉高压症(PPH)是目前唯一可被治愈的门静脉高压症,但早期临床症状不明显,极易漏诊;而疾病进展引起上消化道出血甚至可能导致死亡。尽早诊断PPH有助于临床及时治疗和防治并发症。本文就PPH影像学进展进行综述。
Pancreatogenic portal hypertension(PPH)is currently the only curable form of portal hypertension,which is easy to be missed without obvious clinical symptoms,but the development of PPH may cause upper gastrointestinal bleeding even lead to death.Early diagnosis of PPH contributes to timely clinical therapy and prevention of complications.The imaging progresses of PPH were reviewed in this article.
