摘要
目的 观察3.0T 3D高分辨率对比增强MR血管成像(3D HR CE-MRA)显示豆纹动脉(LSA)的可行性。方法 回顾性分析60例因疑诊脑血管疾病而接受头部3.0T 3D HR CE-MRA及数字减影血管造影(DSA)患者,根据年龄将其分为老年组(≥60岁,n=21)和中青年组(<60岁,n=39)。对3D HR CE-MRA图像进行最大密度投影(MIP)重建,比较3D HR CE-MRA与DSA显示LSA主要分支(直线长度>5 mm)数目及其长度的差异。结果 3D HR CE-MRA及DSA所示组间双侧LSA主要分支数目之和及LSA长度之和差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。3D HR CE-MRA与DSA所示左侧LSA[4.0(3.0,4.0)支vs.3.5(3.0,4.0)支]及右侧LSA[4.0(3.0,4.0)支vs.3.5(3.0,5.0)支]主要分支数目亦均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);3D HR CE-MRA显示左侧LSA长度[(30.95±5.25)mm]及右侧LSA长度[(30.93±5.14)mm]均短于DSA[(44.77±5.95)mm、(42.91±6.25)mm,t=-15.559、-12.161,P均<0.001]。结论 3.0T 3D HR CE-MRA技术可用于显示LSA。
Objective To observe the feasibility of 3.0T 3D high resolution contrast enhanced MR angiography(HR CE-MRA)for displaying lenticulostriate artery(LSA).Methods Data of 60 patients with suspected cerebrovascular diseases who underwent head 3.0T 3D HR CE-MRA and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into elderly group(≥60 years old,n=21)and young/middle-aged group(<60 years old,n=39).Maximum intensity projection(MIP)reformation was performed based on 3D HR CE-MRA.Then the number of main LSA branches(straight length>5 mm)and LSA length showed on 3D HR CE-MRA and DSA were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the total number of bilateral main LSA branches and the length of bilateral LSA showed on 3D HR CE-MRA and DSA between groups(all P>0.05).No significant difference was found in the number of left(4.0[3.0,4.0]branches vs.3.5[3.0,4.0]branches)or right(4.0[3.0,4.0]branches vs.3.5[3.0,5.0]branches)main LSA branches showed betwcen 3D HR CE-MRA and DSA(both P>0.05).The length of LSA on the left([30.95±5.25]mm)and the right side([30.93±5.14]mm)showed on 3D HR CE-MRA were both shorter than those showed on DSA([44.77±5.95]mm,[42.91±6.25]mm,t=-15.559,-12.161,both P<0.001).Conclusion 3.0T 3D HR CE-MRA was feasible for displaying LSA.
